/&gt;20 grs. de sal&lt;br /&gt;5 grs. de pimenta em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 dl. de molho Inglês&lt;br /&gt;1 dl. de molho de soja&lt;br /&gt;125 grs. de mostarda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Confecção&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Picam-se as cebolas, os pepinos em conserva, o estragão, os alhos secos e a salsa , depois de finamente picados misturam-se.&lt;br /&gt;Numa tigela à parte coloca-se os ovos, a mostarda, o sal, e a pimenta, bate-se com a ajuda de umas varas e deita-se o óleo em fio muito fino, depois de estar bem firme adiciona-se o molho de soja num tacho a derreter.&lt;br /&gt; Junta-se a cebola picada, a maçã ralada, e o coco ralado deixa-se refogar em lume brando +- 10 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;br /&gt;Passado o tempo adiciona-se o tomate sem peles nem grainhas e&lt;br /&gt;bem picadinho.&lt;br /&gt;Tempera-se com sal e o caril mexe-se bem junte uns golinhos de água para cozer o tomate,tapa-se o tacho.&lt;br /&gt;Decorridos 10 minutos, junta-se a farinha e, mexendo sempre, junta-se o leite de coco.&lt;br /&gt;Deixa-se ferver destapado durante 5 minutos em lume brando.&lt;br /&gt;Retira-se do lume e passa-se pelo passe-vite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aquece-se antes de servir.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caso ache que o molho está demasiado grosso, adicione mais um pouco de manteiga ou margarina&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;3 dl de leite&lt;br /&gt;sal&lt;br /&gt;pimenta&lt;br /&gt;noz-moscada&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Confecção&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derreta a manteiga ou margarina sobre lume brando e polvilhe com a farinha.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; Deixe cozer sem deixar ganhar cor e até aparecer à superfície uma espuma esbranquiçada e o preparado desagregar-se.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Regue de uma só vez com o leite frio e mexa com a vara de arames ou a colher de pau até a dissolução completa da mistura de farinha e gordura no leite.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada e deixe cozer sobre lume brando durante cerca de 10 minutos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se o leite estiver morno, junte-o a pouco e pouco.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se o molho ganhar grumos, aumente o calor e bata energicamente com a vara de arames até o seu completo desaparecimento.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Adicione mais líquido para compensar o que se evaporou; os grumos não se formarão se, antes de juntar o leite, a farinha e a gordura estiverem intimamente ligadas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quando temperar este molho com o sumo de limão, para evitar que talhe, junte o sumo de limão fora do lume.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;
